Listings Listing information is provided by owners and checked by Trinity as described on each listing. Badges describe recorded checks only. They are not a legal opinion, survey or guarantee of title. Always obtain independent legal advice and complete official searches before paying any money. Prices and availability can change without notice.

Sample listings Listings marked "Sample" exist only on test versions of this site and do not represent real properties.

Payments Never make a payment based only on a website listing. Trinity will never ask you to pay into a personal account. Confirm payment instructions by phone on +233 20 544 1830 before paying.

Your account Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that are misused.

Content You may share links to listings. You may not copy the site's content or photos for commercial use without permission.

Liability We take care to keep information accurate, but the site is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Trinity is not liable for losses from relying on site content without the checks described above.
