Staff wages, utilities, fuel and consumables are billed at cost and shown separately on your statement. Whole-estate contracts are quoted per estate. Fees are quoted in USD and may be paid in cedis at the prevailing rate.
Questions
Can you manage a whole estate rather than one house?
Yes. Estate-wide contracts are quoted after we assess the number of homes, the security set-up and shared facilities.
How are domestic staff vetted?
Candidates are interviewed, references are checked and identity is confirmed before placement. We supervise them for as long as the plan runs.
