Pricing
Advisory fees depend on the scope and size of the investment and are agreed before work begins. Land acquisition advisory is charged at 7% of transaction value.

No. Property values, occupancy and rents change. We share realistic estimates and the assumptions behind them, and we do not give regulated financial advice.
