Privacy notice

Trinity Developers Ltd. ("Trinity", "we") respects your privacy. This notice explains what personal data we collect through this website and our services, why, and your rights under Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843).

What we collect - Details you give us in enquiry, viewing and account forms: name, email, phone, and the information you enter about your needs or your property. - Documents you upload to the client portal, such as title documents or identification. - Account information: your login email, a securely hashed password and sign-in records. - Technical data needed to run and protect the site, such as a shortened, one-way-encrypted form of your IP address used for rate limiting and fraud prevention. - With your consent only: analytics cookies (Google Analytics) that help us understand how the site is used.

Why we use it - To respond to enquiries, arrange viewings and provide the services you ask for (performing a contract or taking steps before one). - To verify listings and protect buyers, sellers and tenants from fraud (our legitimate interest and legal obligations). - To send updates about new listings, only if you opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Who we share it with We share data only with the people and providers needed to serve you: Trinity staff with the right role; our customer-management system (Zoho); email and hosting providers (Netlify, and our database provider); and, where you ask us to, lawyers, surveyors or other professionals involved in your transaction. Some providers store data outside Ghana. Where they do, we use providers with appropriate safeguards. We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it Enquiries are kept for up to three years after our last contact with you. Transaction and contract records are kept for as long as the law requires. Account data is kept until you ask us to close the account.

Security Passwords are hashed, documents are stored privately and released only to authorised users, and staff access is limited by role and recorded in an audit log.

Your rights You may ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, object to its use, or withdraw consent at any time by emailing sales@kbhvertex.com. You may also complain to the Data Protection Commission of Ghana.

Cookies We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in. Analytics cookies are used only after you accept them, and you can change your choice at any time using "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.
