Assessment and bundle rates apply to a standard 1–3 bedroom house or apartment. Travel outside Accra may attract additional fees. Fees are quoted in USD; Ghana-based owners may pay in cedis at the prevailing rate on the day of payment.

Yes. Owner stays are agreed in advance, and you receive regular performance reports.
