About Trinity Developers

Trinity Developers Ltd. is a Ghanaian real estate, construction and property management company based in Dansoman, Accra, and part of the KBH Vertex group.

Why we exist

Buying, building or renting property in Ghana should not depend on luck. Too many people lose money to unverified land, unclear documents and listings that are not what they seem. Trinity was built to make property dealings transparent: check first, record what was checked, and keep clients informed at every step.

What we do

We sell and let homes, land and commercial property; source and check land; design and build; prepare and manage short-stay homes; run estates; and advise investors. Having these services under one roof means one accountable partner from the first search to long-term care.

How we work

  • Verification first. No listing goes live without a recorded authority to list.
  • Plain pricing. Our rates are published, and anything quoted is in writing.
  • Clients can see progress. Viewings, projects, maintenance and documents are visible in the client portal.
  • Privacy. Your documents and details are kept private and handled under Ghana’s Data Protection Act.

How we verify listings

Each badge on a listing matches a check recorded in our system, with the date and the person who carried it out. Checks are separate: one badge never implies another.

Owner identity checked

We have confirmed the identity of the owner, or of the person authorised to act for them.

Ownership documents reviewed

We have reviewed the ownership documents the owner provided, such as an indenture, land title certificate or site plan.

Site visited by Trinity

A member of the Trinity team has visited the property or land and confirmed it matches the listing.

Independent legal verification

An independent lawyer, named on our records, has completed a legal verification. We show this badge only when that has happened.

What badges are not. Badges are not a legal opinion or a guarantee of title. Before paying for land or property, always instruct your own lawyer and confirm searches with the Lands Commission. We will help coordinate this.
