Questions
Do you verify listings?
Yes. Every listing records how we were authorised to market it, and badges show only the checks we have actually completed: owner identity, ownership documents and site visits. Independent legal verification is shown only when a named lawyer has completed it.
Can I buy from abroad?
Yes. Many of our clients live outside Ghana. We arrange video viewings, share documents securely through the client portal and work with your lawyer in Ghana.
