Is your due diligence a legal opinion?
No. We coordinate searches, verification and documentation, and we recommend that every buyer instructs an independent lawyer. Where a lawyer has verified a listing, we name them.
Can you build on the land after purchase?
Yes. Our construction team can take the project from design to handover.
